The amazing 5171 Miles Book Blog is run by the sweet ladies Sabrina and Ashley. Sabrina participated in a giveaway before Christmas and won a signed paperback copy of First Came Forever. Now she has written a wonderful review of the book! Some of the gorgeous things she said about it was that “I must say I was really impressed with Annie Woods’ way of describing places. First Came Forever takes the reader to a lot of different places and each one of those places was described so vividly and with so much detail as if I’ve been there myself.” and that “The heroine, Erica, was a character after my own heart. She likes to travel, she’s a bookworm and she prefers a movie night over a hip party. What I absolutely loved about Erica was her sense of justice and staying true to herself.” and that “The sweet story, the strong heroine, and especially the shocking ending with that major plot twist made me give Annie Woods’ debut novel a solid four star rating. You should definitely check it out yourself.” Read the full review here: First Came Forever - Review

The amazing book blogger TheGirlOnTheGo has written a wonderful review of First Came Forever. Some of the sweet, amazing things she said about the book was that:
“The story is fresh and well built, covering everything from love, friendship, to jealousy and misunderstandings. I was a little worried initially as I thought it might turn out to be similar to the Prince and Me movies, but thank God! It’s nothing like that.” and that “For all young adult romance lovers, go and grab this book as soon as possible. I’m so glad I got the opportunity to read it, and I’m eagerly and quite impatiently waiting for the next book in the series. First Came Forever is special in so many ways, it’s a story where fairytales come true, instigating the princesses in us. But yeah, that doesn’t mean guys can’t have a go at it unless, of course, you want to miss discovering an enchanting story..." It took me a while to read it but I hated to put it down to go to work or anything else. I would have read it in one sitting if life and the holidays had not gotten in the way. I give this book a five out of five rating. It was a wonderful read!” and that “The story is full of romance, drama, passion, suspense, and surprising twist. Though seemingly just a romance and love triangle, don’t be fooled. There are the thrilling twists and turns in the story that give it depth and credibility and leave you wanting more. The amazing book blog Darque Dreamer Reads recently posted a really awesome discussion post about the importance of reading books from Indie and lesser known authors. Some of the points made was that just because an author is published by a big publisher, like Macmillan or Penguin, doesn’t mean they are the best, hardest working author out there. Indie, and lesser known, authors work hard to get their voices heard. It takes guts in general to publish, or seek publishing for, your work, and anyone brave enough to do so definitely deserves a second look. In the post, Darque Dreamer Reads also did a recap of her year and listed her top reads 2017 and authors that deserve more love. I am so happy and proud that First Came Forever has been listed amongst the top reads and also as a Swoon Reads.
